Bear's
Paw is a quiet gated community comprised of 244 acres of pine,
palmetto and lakes centrally located in Naples. With a mix of luxury
condominiums, villas and single-family homes, Bear's Paw is a member
of the Certified Audubon Sanctuary program and is home to a
wonderful variety of bird life. Jack Nicklaus designed the 18-hole,
par-72 championship golf course. Swimming pools interspersed
throughout the community provide the perfect setting for parties.
Tennis enthusiasts enjoy four well-maintained clay courts. The
Clubhouse is the focal point for a very active monthly social
program and features a dining room for elegant evening dinners. The
Grill Room offers lunch, casual dinners or a cold beverage after a
round of golf. Bear's Paw is an established member-owned club, with
membership capped at 298. All residents own their own golf carts and
there is no trail fee. The golf initiation fee is currently $45,000
with 90% equity. (Equity refers to the portion of the initiation fee
returned to you should you terminate your membership.)
