Bonita
Bay is a 2,400-acre master-planned community located just north of
Naples in Bonita Springs. Bonita Bay incorporates a broad range of
ecosystems, from fresh and saltwater marshes to mangrove stands and
hardwood hammocks, to create a sanctuary for privacy and relaxation.
Fewer than 3,300 residences overlook the Gulf of Mexico, the bay,
lakes, golf courses and nature preserves, forming intimate
neighborhoods of single-family estate homes, villas, coach and
carriage homes and luxury high-rise condominiums.
Bonita
Bay is the only community in Florida to offer its resident members
exclusive use of five regulation golf courses. The three on-site
courses, designed by Arthur Hills, are certified as Audubon
Cooperative Sanctuary courses. The community's two off-site courses,
designed by Tom Fazio, is the world's first private 36-hole Audubon
Signature Cooperative Sanctuary. The total membership for the five
courses is capped at 1,625 members. The golf initiation fee is
currently $100,000 and is 100% equity. (Equity refers to the portion
of the initiation fee returned to you should you terminate your
membership.)
In
addition, there are 230 acres of lakes, 23 miles of bicycle and
walking paths, three waterfront parks and a private beach park. The
fitness center and tennis/swim complex feature 18 hydrogrid tennis
courts, a heated lap pool and cabanas. A full-service marina
provides direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. There are 90 wet slips
with lifts and dry storage for 330 boats up to 36 feet in length.
