Copperleaf
is the newest Pulte Homes development located within The Brooks, a 2,500-acre
community developed by The Bonita Bay Group. Located just north
of Naples and minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport, Copperleaf
is a golf inclusive community featuring mostly detached villa homes, with
a limited number of carriage homes, all with marvelous golf and lake views.
The overall density of Copperleaf will be approximately 570 homes. Gordon
Lewis developed the championship par-72 layout that includes an over-sized
