Eagle
Creek is a small, intimate community (about 465 residences on 300 acres)
with a superb championship golf course. The 18-hole championship golf
course was designed by noted golf architect Larry Packard and includes
four sets of tees ranging in length from 6,909 to 5,413 yards. This course
(Ken Venturi is a member!) has been included in the top-50 Florida golf
courses by several rating organizations. Eagle Creek is a member-owned
equity club. The golf initiation fee is currently $50,000 and is 70%
equity. (Equity refers to the portion of the initiation fee returned to
you should you terminate your membership.) The Clubhouse offers fine
dining, lounge, men's and women's locker rooms, saunas, whirlpools,
conference room, card rooms and a fully stocked pro shop. The separate
tennis and fitness center has seven Har-Tru courts (four lighted for night
play), tennis pro shop, heated 30' x 60' swimming pool, whirlpool spa,
saunas, exercise room, aerobics programs, game room, Bocce courts, and
poolside Crystal Lake Cafe.
