Fiddler's
Creek is a Gulf Bay community located approximately 9 miles east of Naples
as you head toward Marco Island. With only 1.6 homes per acre, Fiddler's
creek is considered a low-density community. Of the 3,943 acres at
Fiddler's Creek, only 29% are allocated for residential development. The
remainder will be dedicated to lakes, preserves, parks and golf courses,
commercial and miscellaneous uses.
Renowned
golf course architect Arthur Hills designed the first of two (and probably
three) private 18-hole golf courses at Fiddler's Creek. The Creek Course
is now open and promises to be among the very best in the
area. The golf initiation fee is currently $80,000 and is 100% equity.
(Equity refers to the portion of the initiation fee returned to you should
you terminate your membership.)
A
magnificent clubhouse boasts 54,000-square-feet of air-conditioned space
and a full complement of dining choices, social activities and fitness
facilities. A multi-level, 10,000-square-foot "funplex" includes
a swimming pool with a dramatic lagoon-like area, slides, spa, waterfalls
and pool bar and grille.
Other
amenities include four illuminated Hydrocourts for the tennis enthusiast.
The Marsh Pointe Nature Park, with its gazebo and boardwalk, offers
residents an opportunity to enjoy a variety of planned nature programs.
Fiddler's Creek also offers Tarpon Club, a full-service marina with wet
and dry slips available for rent and beach access at Marco Beach Ocean
Resort.
