Grandezza
is a gated golf course community located in Estero, just off Interstate-75
between Fort Myers and Naples. Adjacent to Florida Gulf Coast University,
the 425-acre master-planned development features several preferred
builders offering a variety of home styles. The centerpiece of the
community is the 18-hole golf course designed by Darwin Sharp III. Golf
membership is capped at 400, ensuring ample space and time to enjoy a
round of golf. Golf memberships are available for the introductory price
