Imperial Golf Club is a private, member-owned golf club located in a 700-acre community in North Naples. Memberships are available to Imperial Golf Estates residents and non-residents alike. The golf facility is considered one of the best, if not the best, in Southwest Florida. There are two 18-hole, par-72 championship courses, each with different character and challenges. Membership is limited to 560. The practice facilities are superb, with three putting greens and a fourth green for chipping, pitching and sand shots. The practice range has three target greens and unlimited practice balls. The golf program is superb and boasts weekly events that include two men's events, a 9-hole and an 18-hole women's event, and 9- and 18-hole mixed twilight events. Once you join Imperial you are an owner and your membership is continuous until you decide to leave. The two courses, clubhouse, grounds and all facilities are 100% member-owned and the club is completely debt-free. The 27,500-square-foot clubhouse features formal and casual dining. The golf initiation fee current is $50,000 and is 40% equity. (Equity refers to the portion of the initiation fee returned to you should you terminate your membership.)
